Megalodon Shark Tooth Necklace (Metal Replica) 1 1/2 inch #10166 2o

Up for sale is a neat and unique item - it's a necklace  with a replica of a MEGALODON TOOTH.   This is not a genuine fossil, but a metal reproduction.     The necklace cord is black braided faux leather.  The metal pendant is approximately 1 1/2 inches in height by 1 inch in width.  Included with the necklace is a nice color label telling about shark.   

Megalodon is an extinct species of shark that lived approximately 25 - 1.5 million years ago.  Fossil remains indicate that these powerful predators reached up to 52 feet in length.  Their serrated teeth were not just good cutting tools, they were also well suited for grasping powerful prey and would seldom crack even when slicing through bones.
