This is a tooth from a Sauropod dinosaur - Rebbachisaurus. It was found in Morocco, North Africa and is approximately 1.692 inches in length. This fossil comes with a nice display box and information label. Rebbachisaurus was from the Cretaceous period, about 100 million years ago! This was a long-necked, vegetarian dinosaur with many round, peg-like teeth. The teeth from these types of dinosaurs were often worn flat through the continual grinding action required to chew up vegetation.
