A lot of shark tooth fossils are up for sale in the matrix from the Carlile shale. The Carlile Shale is an upper Cretaceous geologic formation in the central-western United States including the Great Plains region of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. These are unique pieces from a very old collection that has been in storage since the 1970s.
