This item is a must have for the serious fossil collector! It is a claw and two toe bones from Dimetrodon, a prehistoric animal that lived during the Early Permian Period approximately 295-272 million years ago. Dimetrodon’s most prominent feature was a large sailvon its back formed by elongated spines extending from the vertebrae. These fossils were found in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. Included with the fossils is a nice glass-topped display case.
